Where to find us

Coco Island is on Con Phung island in the Ben Tre tourism area of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Our contact address is Map sheet No. 3, land parcel No. 32, Hamlet 10, Phu Tuc Commune, Vinh Long Province.

The homestay location and the boat pickup point are different. Please follow the arrival instructions for your vehicle and contact our team before travelling.

Choose your room

We have 30 rooms: 19 Double, 6 Family, 4 VIP and 1 Honeymoon. Base rates below are per room, per night, before eligible discounts.

• Double: up to 2 guests, 1 bed — VND 800,000.
• VIP: up to 2 guests, 1 bed — VND 1,200,000. Extra guests are not accommodated.
• Honeymoon: up to 2 guests, 1 bed — VND 1,500,000.
• Family: up to 4 guests, 1 standard bed — VND 1,600,000. Please discuss sleeping arrangements with our team before confirming.

Monday–Thursday nights receive a 30% discount, except the full holiday and Tet periods, including adjacent days defined in the Coco Island price calendar. Our team confirms availability and the total for your exact dates.

Arriving by car

Go to the old Rach Mieu ferry terminal on the Ben Tre bank. Con Phung Tourism staff coordinate your boat pickup to Coco Island. Contact the team in advance to arrange your arrival.

Arriving by motorcycle

Open the route below and select the Walking mode in Google Maps, following Coco Island’s directions. Do not select Motorcycle mode. If the route is unclear or a section cannot be ridden, stop and call our team for guidance.

Check-in, deposits and cancellations

Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out adds one day of accommodation and must be arranged with reception, subject to room availability and a confirmed total.

A 30% deposit is required, with the balance payable at check-in. Cancellation at least 7 days before arrival receives a deposit refund. For cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or a no-show, the deposit is retained.

One date change is permitted at least 7 days before arrival, subject to availability and any price difference. Payment is by bank transfer with staff verification. Wait for our team’s confirmation and payment instructions before transferring money.
